RAM 1500 REBEL rear turn signal out

I get an indication on the dash that my rear right turn signal is out and fast blink when I indicate right. I have the tail light assembly removed from the vehicle and I cannot figure out how to get to the bulb. I removed the sealing tape and the 4 screws that look like they hold the lens on and I can see where I think they should split but I do not want to break the assembly, I removed the BSM thinking there may be a hidden clip. I see some water has gotten in and that the clear lens look like they ma have bee glue in and h is some cracking around the edges (probably where the water got in). Can anyone provide guidance?

There is no bulb in those. It's all LEDs on a circuit board. If you're still under the 3/36 warranty take it in and get it replaced. If not, then you'll have to buy a new tail light.
