Radio says turn ignition on

We did some work to our 2019 Ram 3500 last night and disconnected the battery. We reconnected and now radio is locked and says turn ignition on. It is not asking for any code. I started the truck, but it did not go away. Where do I go from here?

You didn't specify what work you did, so that makes it hard to say what could have happened.

Since it says "turn the ignition on" so that's what I would do. You might have to leave it on for a while while all the systems reset after having the battery disconnected.
