Radio pop ups and bad information

I am getting Sirius XM ads popping up for free trials. Yesterday I started getting a new marketing notification pop up. My Ram Care membership is coming to an end. They want me to renew on the website that doesn't work RamCare.com. That leads to a DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN This site cant be reached. Why are these things incompetent? Who writes the code and sends this out without checking if its a legit link? I wish I could opt out of pop ups on my truck radio. On top of that the links on the "Official Mopar Site" dont work correctly. I can't schedule service from the app or the website. Who is in charge of this stuff? They want more money from me? No Im not sending incompetent businesses my money.
