Radio cutting in and out

2019 Ram 1500 Laramie
The radio will cut in and out on for 2 second off for 1 second. It doesn't matter the source. I have had 2 new radios put in the truck for the same reason. Also the back up camera is delayed and the reverse forecast line are gone.Still no fix I've seen other people with same problem how did you fix it?

Do believe it's a backup camera issue, search and you will find other threads. Mine hasn't bothered this winter but did last year.
Jeeps had a recall last year for a similar issue
