I would like to hardwire a radar detector to my 2025 Ram Rebel but I am seeing it has no OBDII port. Is there a way to do this?

What brand of radar detector? What type of power plug? There are several options for various detector brands, depending on the kind of power plug. Most plug into the rain sensor behind the rearview mirror (monitor) or run a line to the fuse box under the dash. Why ODBII power plug? A few answers to those questions will help someone here (or me) direct you in a reasonably prudent direction.

It's a Cobra RAD 700i and it came with an OBDII line. It's also got a USB line but I wanted to have a cleaner look in the cab.

Your Ram does indeed have an OBDII port, but it is better to power a radar detector from a switched fusebox circuit.

It does? I haven't looked but I googled it and it said it doesn't. I guess I could actually go look!

And what it the advantage of powering it from the fusebox?
leaves your OBD port open and if using any ignition keyed slot if something goes you won't be really messing with your diagnostic port. i get paid to do installs (lights, switches, dash cams, radar detectors, lift kits, outfitting etc) and repairs and i always get power from fuse panel. My thinking is if something shorts, with add-a-fuse at least the added fuse will blow and disconnect before it spread to other things, but if it's connected to the obd port, it not only adds extra step when plugging in a reader but also CAN (not saying it will, but it CAN, depending on user and age of the vehicle) mess with the port as well.

simply put, where I stand getting power from OBD port is a lazy way of doing things for people who can't bother to find the right fuse slot.

also look into those mirror power splitter too, i'm sure they make one for your radar detector port and your mirror harness. but honestly... if you wanna go fast to the point where you think you'll get tickets, speed in a sports car lol
