Quick access radio station buttons disappear

2019 ram 1500 limited quick access radio stations disappear when power off. Stations are saved to Favorites but the quick access buttons leave. Any way to get them back?

Are you talking about the presets being blank? If so, you might check and make sure your listener profile is set up. It’s an intermittent problem for a lot us. Happens to me a couple of times a year, no explanation. I have to re-enter my user profile and reset the presets.

My truck did the same thing a couple of weeks ago... and now I have more SiriusXM stations including the ones that are for mobile version only.
