Question about rear panhard on lowered truck

For those of you with a lowered truck and using an adjustable rear panhard bar, are you using a relocation bracket as well or no?

I use both you want to keep the track bar as parallel to the ground as possible. The more angle the track bar has the more it will pull the axle to the passenger side when the suspension cycles. Will cause it to feel unsettled going down the road..
