Question about proper psi to run in aftermarket rims and tires

Hey guys so I just purchased 22x10 rims with 33x12.50r22 Toyo open country at3's E load rated. And my truck calls for 55 psi up front and 45 rear and I tried that in these and it was a very very rough ride. I know with a 22" rim the ride is always going to be rougher than a setup that has more side wall, but I'm just curious for those of you that run a similar or the same size rim and tire what psi works best or what do you suggest
