On my 2025 Rebel Standard Output Throttle Body I noticed there are 2 open ports on the throttle body.
There aren't any hoses nearby like it came loose from the ports or caps on them.
When the engine is running I do not feel any vacuum coming from the ports but it's odd that they are just uncovered.

Would someone with a SO Hurricane look at their throttle body and see if these 2 ports have any hoses connecting to them?

Mine does have a hose connected to each of them. Based on their location, the fact you feel no vacuum, and the look of the hoses/clamps on mine, I'm guessing they're to supply/remove coolant to warm the throttle body up. Mine is a laramie and was sold new in Iowa if that matters.

OK. So it's coolant lines that it's connects to? I'm in Missouri maybe on the REBEL trim it's not needed or perhaps it's a option.

I don't KNOW that it's coolant lines, that's my guess.

Thanks for your help v8440!
I did some research and found a picture of the SO throttle body with the lines attached.
Using the part number on the tube on the left of the throttle body I found it's a manifold coolant return line.
So it's coolant lines as you mentioned, I guess my throttle body doesn't get heated/cooled by engine coolant for whatever reason.
This must be purposely left off my throttle body otherwise if the coolant lines came loose I would have a giant coolant leak.

To me that's odd, I wouldn't think coolant lines to the throttle body would be something that would be omitted or included based on trim level, but like you said, it's not as if somebody just left hoses disconnected at the factory.

I'm not sure why they would bother heating/cooling the throttle body.
The air going into the throttle body comes from compressed hot air from the turbo then somewhat cooler air from the intercooler.

It's an emissions thing. They used to do that back in 80s and early 90s. Helps engine get to operating temps quicker. I'd be happy it was disconnected

Mine looks exactly like yours. They don't appear to have any function.
