Someone may find this helpful.
I have a 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. I wanted putco bed rails but couldn't justify the $500+ cost.
I found NOS putco rails on fb marketplace for $50. They were for a 1999-2001 chevy silverado with 78" bed.
The ends and connections were the same for the stake pockets. My bed is 5'7" so I cut the tubing down the 52 7/8" and they fit perfect. This might be a good option for someone else too.
