I just picked up a CPO 2020 Laramie Longhorn and the dealer pulled a fast one on me with the bumper. It's not OEM, was installed somewhat incorrectly, but the worst part is 1 of the sensors was electrical taped into place. Of course, it functioned just long enough for me to have the thing fail on me a few weeks later. Took it to the dealership, which would not comp the diagnostic fee. They discovered the bumper issue and the harness issue. My question is, the harness replacement seems like an easy enough job to not pay them $800 to do. My only concern is, there seems to be 2 different front harness kits. I think this is the kit I need. Can someone be so kind as to confirm for me?

If it's CPO, they should take care of it, as they should have inspected to ensure everything is right. I would contact FCA and raise a fuss.

Talked with FCA, they told me to go back to the dealer. Problem is the dealer is 250mi out of state if they wanna do the repairs themselves. I spoke with their CS relations and the head service manager is going to talk to me on Monday about next steps.
Thanks for the advice.

Glad to hear. They need to make this right.

Agreed. The 125point CPO inspection includes both the bumper and fascia. Had they done their due diligence, they'd have noticed that it wasn't the OEM bumper. They would then have to disclose that information to me, I would assume. Either way, this is 100% on them for not confirming on the CPO check nor disclosing it to me prior to purchase if they did, in fact, know about it.
