Problems with NAV system

At just 2000 miles I noticed my NAV system was not working correctly. Took It to dealer and they supposedly fixed It. I now have 6000 miles on my Ram Limited night edition and the NAV system Is worse. Had me going In circles In Las Vegas. Has the wrong exit numbers and the the correct street or vise versa. Has me on a dirt road Instead Of the freeway I am actually on. Route will disappear from screen at times. It Is at the dealer again and he told me I would have to pay them to update It ? It has never worked to begin with and I paid 70K for the truck !

The system is tom tom, not Ram. It will never be up to date. There are millions of miles of roads. I've never seen any system up to date. I've had nav systems tell me to turn on roads that haven't existed in 40 years.
