Has anyone ever heard of/ use ProFlex Commander

I’m a skeptic but buddy at work says he knows someone who swears but it on their Rustang… Mustang

I have heard of people converting their cars to use E85.
I don't recall hearing any problems.
I guess it really depends on what you want to do and where you live.

There are no pumps anywhere around here that give E85, and I don't think I would want to convert my car\truck to run it anyways.
