Premium overhead console swap

Hello. I just swapped to a premium overhead console for my 2019 ram 1500 BigHorn. Everything works but the door off button in the middle and the light on button in the middle. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks

Can't just swap it in. You need a conversion harness, @Jimmy07 can provide it, also, need to program BCM to premium console.

Yes, alfaOBD can do it.
Two AlfaOBD settings to change:
VehConfig 8: Overhead Console Type- Premium
Lin & Misc: Overhead Module Present- Yes

Yes, make them after installation.

It turns out that my truck was built with the correct wiring and it was plug and play with the donor premium overhead console. Two adjustments in Alfaobd that Jimmy07 suggested.

Alfaobd settings:
VehConfig 8: Overhead Console Type- Premium

LIN and Misc: Overhead Module Present- Yes

Now it works and I am happy with my $50 upgrade.

The premium has LEDs, which isn’t a big deal because I switched mine to LEDs. The console looks a little different. I wanted it for the tailgate release button.

Pics are the base console on the table and the premium installed. I think the base comes with the tradesman and bighorn. The premium is in the Laramie and up. There are versions with the sunroof switches, if equipped.
