Power Seat

I was able to get a full power drivers seat that matches my manual seat perfectly for my 2021 Tradesmen. Before I dig into it, has anyone made this upgrade and if so what modifications will need to be made to the wiring? Thanks in advance for any insight into this project.

Why the double post? Not sure on a Tradesman, but on the other trims it seems to be plug and play from what I've seen.
