Hello everyone,

I would like to share a solution for those experiencing issues with the Ram Connect app and website failing to display critical vehicle metrics such as fuel level, estimated range, tire pressure, and vehicle health reports.

After extensively searching various forums and social media without success, I identified a fix that worked for my 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel (currently on the 3-month Ram Connect Wi-Fi Plus trial).

The Issue

While remote commands (start/stop, lock/unlock, and horn) were functioning correctly, the app only displayed the "Recalls" and "Digital Glovebox" tiles. All other real-time vehicle data was missing.

The Solution

I discovered that the 4G Wi-Fi Hotspot app within the truck’s infotainment system was disabled. To resolve the syncing issue, I performed the following steps:

  1. Accessed the Hotspot Settings: Located the Wi-Fi Hotspot app on the vehicle's touchscreen.
  2. Updated Credentials: Renamed the SSID and updated the password.
  3. Enabled the Hotspot: Toggled the hotspot setting to "On."
Result: Within 45 minutes of enabling the hotspot, the Ram Connect dashboard fully populated with all missing vehicle data.

I hope this helps anyone else struggling to get their vehicle telematics to sync properly.
