Possible heated seat?

been trying to figure out why I have the fuses for heated seats and heated steering wheel but no buttons to turn them on is there anything else that those fuses are for? Been searching google like crazy and nothing is giving me any answers not sure what else they can control can someone hopefully give me an answer? It’s driving me up a wall lol!

It’s a 2019 ram 1500 bighorn not sure if that helps

Probably because the wiring is there. Maybe a mistake at the factory putting the fuses in. Not going to do much if you don't have the option.

Gotcha wasn’t sure if I was missing something was getting excited thinking I had heated seats lol !
