How do I get it off the screen?

It's doing an over the air update. I have had it come up two times since I have owned my 2021. It will disappear once it installs the update.

Thank you, is it normal for the navigation not to work while it is updating ?

I am not sure. I have never tried using navigation while the update is happening. I know everything else like the radio and carplay works during the update.
