Po0132 need help

I have replaced the o2 sensor with the factory one. I am still getting the code. Does anyone know what to check for. Did I get a bad sensor out of the package. Need to get fix. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you clear the code? If not it will take time for the comp to reset itself. I want to say something like 50 Starts/Trips

Yes I did and it keeps coming back every few days.
