Plastic trim on bumpers

Is there an easy way to take out the plastic black trim on both front and rear bumpers.....i.e. step pads, tow hook openings.....any help would be appreciated.

Bumpers gotta come off honestly. There not hard at all. To get em off and not damage them which I’m sure you don’t want to. Front bumper take 15-20 mins to take off.
