Pinion Seal leaking Again?!?!

Appears my pinion seal on rear diff is leaking again. Second time after having new one installed about 20k miles ago. Anyone else dealing with this? Trucks at 40k miles. Dealing with Ram has been like talking to a broken record. Not looking forward to this.
