Phonebook not apear

Hello I have a ram limited 2020 When I detect any phone, android or iphone, it detects it without problems. But when going to contacts it doesn't show anything. It also does not retain recent calls. Anyone having the same problem ?

Are you acknowledging or allowing access to your contacts or phonebook on your phone after the pairing is done? It asks those questions on your phone after you pair to the vehicle. You must say "yes" then it should download everything you are looking for.
