Let's see those phone holder options. Please post pictures and manufacturer. Thanks

Bullet Point mount with a magsafe holder.

You can likely find a bunch of other similar threads with a forum search.

67design is made in USA.

But personally I just use the stock location and use a magsafe wireless charger plugged into the 110v outlet right under.

Love my Proclip mount.

I'm not a fan of mounts on top of the dash. I actually use that little storage area and I don't like how high those mounts put the phone.

Not my truck but it's all the same

Another endorsement for bullet point mount, and get the extension so you can lower the phone and have it right above the start button. I had them swap out the magsafe charger with fan for the one without since the fan model runs all the time and is noisy. I've got another accessory ball to hold my rv backup camera monitor when I tow

That’s a really nice mount. The thought of taking the dash apart worries me though.

It’s super easy. Literally 2 screws and it light tug on top of the storage tray areas and the whole screen and vents just pop off. Slip it down the side till it stops and slowly line the screen back up straight and give it a couple light taps around the edge to ensure it’s lined up and then some more firm presses and it goes right back in no issues.

You don't have to remove anything but the rubber pad (just pulls out) and the two screws beneath it. That's it, screen doesn't have to pull out or anything. The mount attaches with the two screws you remove. It comes with 3 or 4 self tapping screws you can use in addition to the two original ones if you need extra extra stability but I didn't need them. I didn't want to put holes in the dash if I didn't need to. I purchased a flat 18" USB C cable with a right angle head so it plugs into the wireless charger and comes straight back towards the dash, then follows up the arm on the bottom side, goes under the rubigrid platform and comes out at the 12v power socket. I've got a 45w quick charge power socket there and it allows for "fast wireless charging" of my galaxy s24 phone which I have in a mag safe case (I use peak design case since I have a peak design wireless locking charge head on my motorcycle. It's got stronger magnets than most cases and looks and feels very high end, but it should for a $50 case. Look them up, their stuff is Uber premium if you need a motorcycle or bike mount compatible phone case without sacrificing looks or weight)
