Hello everyone!

I recently got a 2023 Ram 1500 Rebel without the wireless charger. The pad is there to hold the phone, but I am trying to install some radio equipment, and it is just in the way. I have dug around online and haven't seen anyone remove this pad as it looks like it might be plastic welded to the box it is in? It all seems pretty easy to get to but I was curious if anyone has removed this phone pad from the console and if they have any pictures?

Thanks!

Look up the Ramcharger install manual for the Ram trucks. It will show you how to remove it. If you are asking how to remove just the pad, it's glued in or something and you will have to just cut it up.

That's what I figured. I have looked at the install manual and it all appeared to be one piece. Would a hacksaw blade fit behind the pad to cut the plastic? I don't think its held in by any screws as the back of it looks like its solid plastic.
