Phone APP Ram Connect Stopped Connecting

All of a sudden Ram Connect stopped working on my phone. It wouldn't connect any more, even if I entered correct password. It kept saying "log in errors". Any one has the same problem? BTW, I didn't subscribe to their "services". Wondering if that's anything to do with this issue?

How old is your truck I know that some of that stuff is a subscription. Reason I ask is I just got mine today and salesman told me it has a free trial then you have to have a subscription if I want to keep the service. Personally I hate subscriptions for things I already bought with the truck.

If I remember correctly, on my 2019, I never paid for a subscription. The app worked on my phone, and it had basic data.
I did not pay for the renewal my 2025. I receive more data, such as a health report, tire pressure, remaining gas, etc. However, the remote functions, such as remote start and open/close door, disappeared.

I didn’t have to pay on my 2018 3500 but this 2024 looks like I’ll have to, to keep it

Delete the app, reinstall the app.
Before signing in on the app, use a browser on your phone, tablet, computer, etc and sign in.

Connect.ramtrucks.com i think is the easiest way.

When i bought my 2023 new last year, it was a 6 month free trial.
The pay service includes remote commands (start, unlock/lock, horn)
Includes a locator service and a few others.

For free, I think you at least get health reports and a digital glove box. I let mine lapse, then caught a sale and purchased for a year.

Just found out I had to update the app and restart my phone. All good now. I'm gonna wait for my truck's warranty to expire and put in an Android console. I'm so sick of the rip off. This Big Horn should have been $40K for clearance and max $45K as new year's production. But look at the window stickers now.
