Pedalmax issues 2021 Ram Rebel

I have a 2021 Ram Rebel and had problem after installing the JMS Pedalmax has anyone else experienced this? Followed the directions and had check engine light, stability control and remote trailer control error messages and went into limp mode. Disconnected the battery as directed by customer service and same problems. Waited for 30 min as directed and still the same issues.

Should have gotten the HikeIt X9 no need to disconnect the batter for nothing, tune on the fly, I have it in two of my vehicles and love it.

Thanks for the info but trying to find solution for the Pedalmax as JMS won't allow a return as the box has been opened.

Sorry to hear that. I had the same problem with the Pedal Commander, but have not had this issue with the JMS. That's unfortunate that they won't do more to help you. Have you cleared all the error codes using an OBD tool and then re-installed the JMS? If you continue to have issues, I would push on them, as it may just be a faulty unit.

Same I tool it off after I got code looked at. Was told it was shotting a bunch of different codes. Contacted them and mail them product. They told me they found stuff messed up with firmware. I believe it messed up my pcm. Trying to get ahold of them to fix my truck. I also read other reviews that their pcm got messed up
