So went and picked out a 5th wheel camper that had 1700hitch weight. I have a 2021 ram power wagon. The sticker on the door frame says that the gross payload is 1100Lbs. I have looked online a lot and have found places that say 3000 or 4000. Very hard to use the websites because the do not have the power wagon option. So is the sticker right on the door frame? If not what is the pay load capacity?

Unless I've misunderstood, you are way over the payload limit, by 600 lbs. to be exact, plus passengers, luggage, etc. Power Wagons are soft for better offroad capability at the expense of payload and towing capability.

I owned 2 powerwagons. They do not have the same payload or tow ratings as a normal 2500. They are designed for off road. Not hauling and towing.
