Cracked my passenger side mirror. The new one I ordered does not have the blind spot light hook up. Has anyone ever removed the piece from the only mirror and reattached to a new mirror?

Does the new mirror have the cutout for it? The little triangle? Weird you'd get a replacement mirror for BSM, but not the hookup. If it doesn't have the triangle, then you got the wrong mirror.
