I took my 2024 1500 in for some warranty work back in early March. I was told electric side mirrors and paint chip pen in my color were not available and on back order. I've called them twice since early March to check status. No updates. Called some other dealers in my area (Central Florida) and they also do not have the parts. It's now mid-June and I still have no idea when I'm going to get my fixes done. Is this normal? Should I continue to wait, or look elsewhere?
