Painted my hood emblems

Painted my chrome hood emblems white and black. Its not that I am anti chrome and will keep some, but I just do not like chrome on the hood.. After removing them I sanded them with a fine grit sanding sponge, then prepped and primed them. I used Mopar matching touch up paint aerosol can and sprayed four coats on each. I would have done another coat but ran out of paint. I used black overlay stickers found on ebay and after putting them in place added 4 coats of Duplicolor clear coat. We will see how the hold up to the elements down here in Texas..

That looks great, love the look of it. I agree, not a fan of the large chrome badge on the hood. But i was lazy and paid to have a set color matched.

That looks real good.. I'm sure its a better finish than mine.. I will see how long these last then buy a pro painted set.. Love those rims, thats the next thing on my list..
