Hi, 2021 Rebel with 5.7L E torque. 31600 miles. I hope someone can help me with code issue. What happened: battery dead/drained likely due to plugged in accessory. Was hearing a buzzing ring of some sort from under the hood passenger side of engine with engine off. Stopped when I disconnected the battery. now that battery seems to be recharged buzzing sound gone. Used booster pack to try to start and no go and no starter turnover. Tried to jump with another vehicle and starter turned over many times. had to open or close door to get starter to stop trying. Would not start. Hooked up battery charger 6A for a few hours and started right up. Getting P0562 code with Innova scan tool and check engine light on and dash message saying "service trailer brakes", "service anti lock brake system", "service electronic stability control". My scan tool will not let me erase P0562. I'm guessing the other dash lights are due to the battery having been so low. Should there be any issues driving this vehicle. Will get battery checked out but Auto part stores are 60 miles away so is a bit of hassle to get checked out. Any opinions? TIA

Richard, thanks. Drove fine for about 20 mins and sat for 2 hours and won't start so its off to town to try to test battery and replace tomorrow. Don't trust driving that far with so many computers drawing on and slightly charged battery.

Could be the ABS Module. All 2019, 2021-24 rams are being recalled due to bad software on the abs module. You might still have a bad battery, but the other messages may be due to this recall.

I have a 2021 Ram bighorn 5.7 4x4 with battery issues. Came out one day and it wouldn’t start , battery had 12 volts but tested bad with battery tester. Replaced battery and started right up. A month later and same issue occurred.Jumped it off and checked while running battery tests at 13.0 volts . Is this a normal voltage range with the new generator in this model. Anyone else had an issue like this? Thanks for your input
