P0299 and p0402 with a full delete.

Got a p0299 turbo underboost and a p0402 excessive egr flow. But the egr is deleted? This make sense to anyone?

Truck has 63k miles. At 60k miles dealer warranted a new turbo ( great ). Did the delete At 60500 miles.
