This morning going to an appt, got a CEL. Once I got home, got my reader and came up P0111 (IAT sensor fault). Now, it has been extremely cold here in MD, temps have been in the single digits for about a week for lows. Can I chalk this up to the cold. Truck is a 2023 Limited with 38K. Anyone have any thoughts.

Here is a quick Google search result. You have done this, but at least you have some very basic information as to what the problem is. Now I'm not a mechanic, just a very much a shade tree fixer.
I live in Richmond, VA the temps have been as cold or and colder for the last 3 weeks, my truck lives outside 24/7/365, and so far, no problems/errors. Also, my truck is a non-Etorque system, so you can make your decsion(s) easier.

The weather is going to get warm in the middle of next week, so that may change your results if it is truely tempreature dependent.
