Order code for full/alloy spare??

Anybody know if there's an order code or option to get a full size spare, or an alloy spare, in a Laramie (other than via the Off Road pkg)?

I've seen the Off Road group comes with a steel wheel and regular tire, and the Limited comes with a matching alloy & tire, but no info otherwise....
