Options missing and camera not working

So I just installed the Ram Airflow Intake on my 2019 Rebel. After installing, my backup camera is not working and there are numerous options missing from the Uconnect system (passenger heated seats, climate control options, etc).

I had to disconnect the negative terminal as part of the installation. Is this a case of just wait a few hours and it will come back? Or should I be concerned?
