Redline Triple LED Tailgate Brake Light Bar with Reverse & Sequential Turn Signals

2 days after I pay $96.
Haven;t even received the darn thing yet and see that it is now on sale for $80.

This is the reason i NEVER buy lottery tickets.

Be lucky if it lasts 6 months after getting installed anyways.

Pretty confident it will last far longer than that.

Heard those same comments when I bought my very first light bar, for my 2014. So, trusting there might be something to all the Negative comments about poor Life out of he light bars, i bought a cheap $20 LEDGlow bar . 8 years and a 169K miles of all kinds of weather driving, mostly 80 mph down interstate 80, every single LED still worked perfectly.

Reason I feel a bit more confident and spent almost 5 times as much for this light bar with a proven track record and literally thousands of 4 star + reviews.

Of course, one thing I read, way back in 2014, was to silicon the ends and edges of the lightbar with a quality silicon that does not get hard but will stay sorta flexible.
I did that with the cheesy $20 lightbar and seemed to work. guess what I;m gong to do with this OPT7?

Bottom line, it;s a $100, I want it and if it only lasts a few months, so what.
Lesson learned , about OPT7, and it was cheap damn lesson at that.

I had the same exact bar, the one with lights, break lights, reverse lights, and sequencial blinkers.
I got it from Amazon and it lasted 2 months, replacement lasted 3 months.

Sections of the LEDs get all weird.
Hope you have better luck then me. It looks great when it's not broken.

This is bar #1

I was very concerned about getting pulled over and ticketed by a cop with white lights on while driving forward so I removed it and gave up on the bars.

Oh, Man, What a Relief.

Years ago, was told any mass production line expects 3% junk.
Sounds like you, all by your lonesome, improved my odds.

Thanks.

PS
Don't buy any Lottery tickets and I strongly suggest you never say. "I Do."

I’ve had the opt7 for over a year. Still looks great. I’ve ran recon before that and had them several years with no issues.

I like how bright it is…. I got my tails and 3rd bake light tinted. So it helps a little with the added lighting.

What’s the purpose of posting a thread and then bashing people who give a response of their experience? Before I close this thread, what do you want to achieve from your original post?

You read this thread and wonder what the very first post was about?
Then draw the conclusion that I am being negative?
Did you actually read the posts or just some PM complaining about the new guy?

Close this thread then.
Delete it too.

Was trying to let folks know the OPT7 was on sale for $80
Which is a better price than I paid a few days prior on their website.

His 1st reply was its junk, bulbs burn out, besides, $80 aint a good price, Its always on sale for $80.

I reply I had heard that bad rap about ligth bars when I bought my 2014, bought the cheapest light bar I could and it performed flawlessly for 8 years in harsh conditions.

The reply to that post?
He had same light bar, yet somehow, his one 60 inch light bar becomes 2 light bars.
Then goes on about cops, pulled over.

CLUE!
Most folks do not really care if a cop pulls them over.
Cops are not to be feared. Worst case,is they write a ticket and go away.
Again, most people.

It was after reading that post that I placed the guy on my ignore list.

I admit, I did mention not buying lottery tickets, for me , fist, then him.
Also stated the guy seems to have the worst luck and might not want to say I Do anytime soon.

I did NOT suggest he should seek a Career as a Casino Cooler.
Though, to be honest, I did think it.
Shortly after I wondered if his gene pool included animated characters.
More specifically,, Charlie Brown.

Did I answer your questions for you?
You did ask.

I mean I didn't think you were being a jerk but just being a bit punchy before, but after your last post... Don't let the door hit you on your way out.
