Would running a 5w-30 synthetic be a problem in the 5.7 with MDS? Truck is a 19' Ram Classic. Have a ton stockpiled for my other vehicle and it all meets the Chrystler spec.

Bottom line seems to be that it will make MDS a tiny bit slower to engage/disengage, but won't hurt anything.
