Off Road 2 setting?

Quick question I have a 2019 Limited with the air suspension but I can’t seem to get it to the off road 2 height setting. I tried as the owners manual said and pushed the air ride suspension button twice from normal mode but it only raises to off road 1.
I tried it while the truck was moving (5mph) and while parked.

If I try going from or1 to or2 I get the error message “ride height not available”.

Is this normal?

You’ll want to do a search, as this has been discussed in older threads, or read the part of your owner’s manual that refers to Rebels with air suspension (yes, Rebels), as any truck that has both air and the off road group does not have OR2 (i.e. your “Normal” is the equivalent to OR1).
