"The 82215268AB tow hook kit you requested has been discontinued and replaced by individual components. You would need to re-order these pieces: 1 of 68272944AB hook 1 of 68272945AB hook 2 of 06508668AA bolt along with the bezel kit 68274701AB."

I got the same response from 2 online mopar part sites. The bezels are needed regardless so comparing the rest there's a $40+ price increase of new part numbers vs the discontinued kit.

I thought the kit was overpriced at $170 (including shipping) but this is nuts!

Blame Covid and supply shortages they may have had to have some different manufacturer them and/or supply prices have gone up.

You can get them powder coated also. After market powder coat is as good as Mopar coated. Mopar aren't the gods in powder coating. You think the Mopar Hooks are casted in America?

I said, not a big deal if you get them painted or powder coated. However, by the time you get that done, you're at a similar price point. I never said a word about the quality of the casting or where they're made. I will say, I don't like rewarding companies that make cheap knockoff parts.
