OEM LED DRL Upgrade Question

I've researched and can't find any details around the ability to upgrade the OEM Premium LED headlights (Specifically, the top and bottom linear lights). See below for visual representation. My main concern is that these lights appear to be very dim. Can i upgrade the bulb? Is it even possible? Does anyone know the level of effort to get this accomplished?

Not without cutting your lights open and installing aftermarket.

Also those aren’t your drls. They are just accent lighting. You can turn your drls off and on in your radio.

There are no bulbs. As ferraiolo1 said, cutting them open and installing aftermarket LEDs is your only option to brighten the accent lights.
