I have had this issue occurs three times randomly now. In all three cases climate control was off and was just driving down the road when I noticed it suddenly feeling warm in the truck. I then notice that the front and rear defrost and the AC lights are on. Climate still indicates it is off and trying to turn it on or turn off the defrosters or AC does noting, it just doesn’t respond to the imputes. Only way I have found to fix it is to pull over and turn the truck off. In all three cases when the truck starts back up all climate is off like I had it set.

Anyone seen this?

Not specifically that, but the truck may have auto settings such as defog which you can't disable with a button press - it's a safety feature to prevent fogging of the windshield. Even if the climate settings are off, the auto defog will kick in if it senses high humidity in the cab. I haven't read of the feature for the RAM, but other vehicles I've owned specify it in the manual. RAM may have it without mentioning it.
