OBD Connector for PM Filter Monitoring

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced OBD reader for a 2020 Rebel that reads PM Filter status?
I'm trying to pass emissions and I have no way of seeing whether my PM filter is "ready" unless I go to a testing facility or dealership.
