O2 electrical plug removal

I've started a stainless works header install on my 19 limited. However, I can't figure out how to disconnect the o2 sensor electrical plug from the wiring harness. I started with the easiest one and can't seem to get it dislodged. I have pulled the red tab down and used a flat head screwdriver with no success. It's embarrassing but any tips would be appreciated.

I struggled with that too.
How did you get it resolved?
I ended up breaking one and had to get it fixed at the dealership.
