No GPS recognized.... Is this a software issue or hardware? I have a 2019 LIMITED

My GPS is not working at all. The GPS shows no signal and the maps that appears, show me in the of Lake Erie. I've been told this is a software issue and an update is coming. That was 2 months ago, no updates. To me, this seems like a hardware issue where the GPS is not recognized or not working, maybe lost connection.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry I forget exactly how to get to it, I think it's the info button while you're in NAV. You should see GPS Reliability. If it's reading "NONE", then it most likely is a hardware issue, at least that was the case with my 2019 Limited.
