I, like others before, am having trouble with the 12" UConnect system in a 2020 RAM 1500 Limited that will not connect to any GPS Satellites or work with subscribed Online Connectivity services via SiruisXM Guardian. We just purchased this vehicle from a RAM dealer and it has an existing certified pre-owned protection, so trying to get the dealership to fix the issue now. They continue to not understand the lack of connectivity issue despite my pointing out that the information screen in the NAV system shows no connection to any GPS satellites. How do I get them to understand this is a hardware issue, not a software one. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated.
