Hey everyone!

Just picked up my 2020 Longhorn with lvl 1 equipment group and advanced safety last night and my UConnect is only showing the mirror dimmer in the controls. The backup and 360 degree cameras do not turn on when I go into reverse, and there are no buttons for me to even manually see them.

The A/C doesn't move when the physical buttons are pushed, and only way to get cold air is to hit max a/c and then manually turn the fan down. If is move the temp up anything off of Lo, it blows hot air. :(

Hardware: CNSC29NFGL
Software version: 18.45.40

Anyone know how to do a fresh install or restore to factory default?

Thanks!

Disconnecting the battery for a few minutes seems to work for folks. It could take an hour or two for everything to show back up (again, according to other folks‘ experiences), but that seems to do the trick.

Just to be clear, you took delivery with the Uconnect system looking like that? And furthermore they delivered it to you like that?

You vehicle is acting like the power was removed (battery disconnected), then reapplied with no visibility to the sky. This is what happens when the power is disconnected, then reconnected. Normally if you give the vehicle shark fin visibility to the sky and LEAVE THE VEHICLE OFF, for about an hour, then turn it on, everything will have returned on Uconnect.
Someone already said but I will repeat, with visibility to the sky, disconnect the neg terminal, wait 30 minutes, reconnect the neg terminal, wait 1 hour, then turn on the vehicle. All should be normal. If not, well, something else is wrong with your truck lol, because this method is proven to work.

Dealer confirmed they had the battery disconnected to charge it since it was dead prior to me picking it up. I drove from out of state to pick up the truck and got all the paperwork wrapped up as they closed. Then started my 3.5 hour drive home. :( All controls came back the following day. Now I am dealing with the truck pulling to the right. Dealer here rotated tires and said they don't notice it anymore and that's all FCA allows at first. So now I have to keep bringing it back and complaining since it still pulls.
