No backup camera

I tried to save a few bucks by installing my own electric trailer brake kit. Installation went fine but now I lost backup camera on display. Double and triple checked all connections and nothing losse that I can see. What did I do wrong or what to look for?? Thanks.

It can take a while for the camera to come back If the battery was disconnected while you worked on the truck.

As @kapinallinen2 mentioned, if you had the battery disconnected while working on it, it can take some time for the trucks systems to reactivate or reset

Found my problem. Camera video feed in is small red connector. Very small coaxial cable and metal of outside of male plug was not crimped good to metal shielding of cable. Pealed back outer cover a bit to expose more shielding and crimped fitting.
