Just ordered 2024 4WD V6 1500 Bighorn from Foss Motors, Exeter, NH (white with black diesel grey cloth bench, limited slip rear 3.21 axel, rear wheel liners, blind spot & cross path detection, rear wheelhouse liners, bed utility group, level 1 safety group, Bighorn Level B equipment group). VIN not yet assigned. Considering adding Husky rubber mudflaps and Access roll up box cover. (My 11 years old Tacoma has the Access cover since new and the vinyl cover is still in great condition.) May get window shields from Weathertech to be able to keep rain out. (I crack the windows so my Weim & Setter get fresh air when parked. ) Open to suggestion from members re: flaps, bed cover, & window shields. (Have had problems with Tacoma plastic mud guards, they break off, rubber flaps don’t which is why i’m going with rubber.)
Re: NH residence status, live in seacoast area, have a deercamp up north near Canadian border. (Mostly grouse hunt now, find working with dogs much more enjoyable & entertaining. However a deer hunt now & then works too.)
I regret that the Ram Bighorn does not offer vinyl seats- hunting dogs & cloth don’t go well together.

I have vinyl seats in my tradesman and they are great. Congratulations on your 🐏 ram!

Thanks, would have preferred vinyl seats but they were not offered on the model I chose. Appears UAW strike currently impacts jeep production in Toledo, hopefully Ram production won’t be affected. Still waiting for assignment of VIN # . (Salesman said VIN # normally is assigned within a couple days of Ram receiving the order.)

I have pretty much the same truck except for my being a 2022. I do a lot of driving on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia all pretty flat and I've been happy with the 3.6 and 3.21 gears. When I take the dogs, I use a dog seat cover for the back seat. With black cloth seats and two whiteish dogs (yellow Lab and shep-kita) it is a must. When water fowling, I throw on a couple of cheap nylon covers for the fronts.

Thanks for feedback on your truck. The large fuel tank was not available on my model, otherwise would have ordered it.
Used to live in Annapolis in mid 80’s, near Bay Bridge, also did some duck hunting on Eastern Shore. I also plan on dog seat covers for the truck - my setter sheds year round, the Weimaraner not a problem. Take care.
