Been buying truck tires since the late 80's, I've never been so initially impressed with new tires, more aggressive looking in person, nearly silent, no increase in fuel consumption and no vibrations on the highway:). Only been a week so can't offer much more information.

Looking good !
thank you, man it was a tough choice. Nexen doesn't list tread width and only picture of 305 roadian ATX's I could find was a fuzzy pic on a tahoa:ROFLMAO: so thought I could help anybody out who was looking at these tires. The 305's don't actually look big or anything, they just fill out the rim well.

They look good.

How have the Nexen’s been holding up? I am just looking into tires for my Laramie with the sport package, originally had mi sights on the Toyo Open Country AT3 but the Nexens look like a nice tire. Curious to hear your review since purchasing them.

sorry for the slow reply, they are still quiet and well behaved on the highway. Wet, sand and pavement traction seems really good, don't know about snow and ice yet but have a set of snows hanging around just incase. Seems to have caused a slight fuel economy hit in town, went from 16.8 ltr per 100km to 17.8 ltr per 100 km. Still very happy with the purchase.

Pls tell me more about highway drive, specially noise and ride comfort. thanks.

Im running some nexen roadian at’s and have been very happy with them on wear/grip/noise/balance except for wet/snow conditions. They hydroplane pretty easy over 50mph and not great on snow.

Those comments are what Im looking out. I had no idea it dosent work well on Snow. Thank you. I guess next alternative is Toyo Open Country A/T III. Cause where I live, I need snow rated tires. :(
