Unfortunately my family was t-boned at an intersection last week and my 2019 Limited was totaled. I just purchased a new to me, used, 2021 Limited and I cannot get the memory seats to save a new profile for the life of me.
I've tried saving the settings both in accessory mode and while the truck is on. I press "s" and then 1, then press "s" and press 2 to save the same position to both key fobs. The screen says "Memory 1 Set" and "Memory 2 Set". But then when I press 1 or 2 it reverts back to the previous owner's setting. The same thing with the location of the icons on the Uconnect screen. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to clear the memory settings and start fresh from that?
